just managed to write the review for work last month. really from the moment of contact, it was a pleasureable experience with hudson power washing. very responsive with email. courteous and up-front. no hidden agenda. meanwhile, the work was great, told me my issues and how to resolve. was on time the day of the work. i would recommend hudson power washing and will use them again when needed.
Nick was absolutley outstanding. We had an incident of graffiti vandalism on the brick chimney on the roof of our 1920 co-op. Nick answered my call on a Sunday, emailed a quote on Monday, and removed the graffiti on Thursday. He arrived on time, completed the job in less than an hour, and the graffiti is gone without a trace. Like it was never there. Finally, a contractor who respects my time and money!
I woke up to the "beautiful" site of bright white graffiti scrolled across my brick face building. After doing some extensive research I stumbled upon Hudson. Nicholas was amazingly patient and informative as well as flexible and accommodating. The unsightly graffiti was gone within five days and I didn't even have to provide water nor did I have to adjust my schedule to be present while the work was getting done.
