I have my blood drawn at least once a year. Years ago, I started rating the slight pain I felt when the needle was inserted. (I have a tendency to get sick and faint around needles since before school, I'm 68 and still have this problem) I told Olivia (I believe her name was) that I rate my blood draws and what can happen if she screws up and has to poke me more then once.
