I’m giving this clinic a one star because they don’t have online scheduling. It’s 2025, you have telemedicine appointments but you can’t offer online appointment scheduling?!? Seriously? Please catch up to 2025 and implement online scheduling. I don’t have time to sit on the phone with a person while they slowly look over openings. I should be able to go online see availability, pick a time and be done without having to waste my day on the phone. Ridiculous!!
I have had nothing but great experience with Dr. Zabel and her team. She truly listens and takes her time. You can tell she truly cares. Everyone at Hudson Physician's is great and will recommend them to my friends and family.
Dr. Thornton Zabel is the best! She is easy to talk to and very dedicated to all of her patients!
I've only had great experiences at this clinic. The staff is friendly, professional and efficient. I felt listened to and cared for every visit. The building is also very clean and welcoming - highly recommend!
