Dr Samuel is a awesome!! Doctor. He is professional, and caring. My mom really loves him. And his office manager Tessa is awesome!! She works very hard. And leads by example. All ways polite and professional when I call the office.
After being in the emergency room for 12 hours, I was told to follow up with my primary doctor ASAP. The only availability even coming from the emergency room was Friday, totaling up to 5 days had to wait. I went to the doctor, waited for over an hour with an appointment & was told to call for my blood work results. It’s been over a week, haven’t received my results, a call back or anything for that matter. To make matters worst, I was told the doctor called me but was unable to get through, which was untrue.
I have worked with Dr Banigo 30 years and the last 4 years he has been my primary doctor. He is kind considerate and very knowledgeable. He takes his time with you and really cares. I would highly recommend him!!
