Lou arrived at our home to quote project the morning after we called. Install team was finished later the same morning (new torsion spring). Very pleased with their response.
I called Hudson Overhead Door 8:30 am Tuesday morning with an off track garage door and broken rollers. Lou was at my house before noon, and had the door fixed by 12:30. Better than it was before he got there. He replaced cables, rollers, labor and all for...$85. For those of us that live in the real world, you know that this kind of turn around and service is invaluable. The price was more than fair and I would recommend these good people to anyone in need of garage door repair.
This place has poor customer service. I spoke with Debbie in the office to get a quote. As I am writing this review, its already been 10 day since we last spoke. When we initially spoke she said she will have someone measure the door and call me back. I called 3 times already to follow up and up to this day no quote. She is even kinda upset over the phone that I have to follow up with her. If this is the way they do business then never mind. It seems that they don't need the money so they don't need my business.
