The apt itself very nice and clean feels like home but some of the office staff not kind at all ... if something need to be fixed in the apt they ignore you for a whole month and you have to keep reminding and pleasing them to do it i submitted request the 15th of last month and they still didn't fix it till this day and that shouldn't be .

We have lived at orchard Park for four years now . In Feb of 2025 an upstairs tenent moved up and they have a male child that runs up and down the hallway constantly he runs jumps screams wildly hits the floor and scare us to like omg what's that ?? Over weekends and this pres day he was here all day from 7am til 10pm this kid was nonstop running he is a wild one no control at all from the adult I don't care if you run some but this kid is nonstop and it's stressful on both of us ..this is an apartment NOT a day care we can'... read more
DO NOT MOVE HERE! I moved into this community in December 2023, and it has been the worst living experience I’ve ever had. From day one, I dealt with countless issues from a dirty, smoke-filled apartment that was never properly cleaned to poorly done maintenance work. When I decided to break my lease, I turned in my keys in September, yet the management is still trying to charge me for an extra month’s rent, an early move-out fee, and other questionable charges. Corporate management is horrible. They told me my lease was up in March of 2024 when it was up in May. Then after I found a new place, they said I had to pay to break my lease. Despite them emailing me, they kept losing records and didnt list that I was moving out for several months. FRONT OFFICE IS HORRIBLY SLOW AND DISORGANIZED! Now, 8 months after moving out I still don't have my security deposit back!
