While living there, my apartment constantly smelled like weed even when new management (current management) took over they did nothing! I moved out and needed to pay a remaining balance but I was locked out of my portal, I sent numerous emails, calls and no response, within a few weeks they sent it to collections. I drove 3 hours to try and pay in person and was told they could not accept my payment. Es lo peor, por favor no hagan aplicacion sin estar listo el apartamento que le van a entregar, ellos a la final se quedan con el dinero y nunca te entregar el apartamento, son muy incumplido y vas hablar con la de la de la oficina y ella dice que no tiene nada que ver todo se limpian las manos para no llegar a un acuerdo, no tiempierdan su tiempo ni su dinero.
I’m writing this with real frustration and sadness. A few weeks ago, new tenants moved into the apartment below us and have been smoking marijuana inside their unit almost every day. The smell constantly leaks into our home, and it’s become unbearable. My wife is pregnant and very sensitive to smells — she throws up almost every day because of this. Never move in this place!! From the day i moved in it has been a total nightmare and the management is a total debauchery. Its really negative 5 stars but had to put at least 1 for submission. As soon as i moved in day 1 had the police called on me for watching my TV at 1:00pm on a Friday and then 4 more times after that until they were told to stop.
