Never move in this place!! From the day i moved in it has been a total nightmare and the management is a total debauchery. Its really negative 5 stars but had to put at least 1 for submission. As soon as i moved in day 1 had the police called on me for watching my TV at 1:00pm on a Friday and then 4 more times after that until they were told to stop. No respetan las cláusulas del contrato de arrendamiento.
No te mudes a este lugar!!! Lleva tu dinero a otro lado a pesar que los apartamentos están bien la administración es una basura!!!!! Se tardaron dos meses en arreglar mi a/c y cuando quise rescindir mi contrato por esta causa me exigieron el pago de dos mil dólares!!!! Los cuales tuve que pagar a pesar que el contrato dice lo contrario, no vengas a este lugar !!!!! Busca otro donde vivir mejor y sin problemas!!!! Quiero la devolución de mis 2000 dolares!!!!
I do not recommend Acasa Orchard Park Apartments. Their prices are switch & bait. They advertise 1 bedroom apartments being $1060-$1100. They do not inform you of a monthly charge of $175 for a “amenities” package that consist of WiFi & cable. The package is required & is not optional. They also charge $65 a month for washer & dryer which is also not optional. So now you’re stuck paying an extra $240 a month for services that should be optional.
