The absolute worst management company there is. Brianna is a pathetic excuse of an account manager. Non responsive, incompetent, has zero follow up, horrible management skills and just not knowledgeable or good at her job. The owner Judy is even worse. If your a minority looking for a an apartment there don't bother. They will find any means to financially shut you out. My Girlfriend and I applied for an co-op there we had all the paperwork , money and credit needed for the apartment question. During the last week of closing they made a final stipulation of $15,000 to hold an escrow for 3 years. There was a law passed in 2019 State wide stating they cannot hold any additional funds to hold in escrow. The company in question was either aware of this and used this as ... read more
