The front desk girl was rude and even said a bad word to me—completely unprofessional. Unacceptable behavior. The receptionist used offensive language when I asked a simple question. I was shocked when the front desk girl swore at me. Very disrespectful. Terrible service. She told me a bad word when I needed help—disgusting attitude. The receptionist at the front desk was rude and cursed at me. Not okay in a clinic.
I was pleased that the employees were friendly and attentive, providing a very high quality service.
