I've been a long time patient of Dr. Hudson (about 5 years). After my experience at today's appointment, I'll be finding a new practitioner.
I am moving from Orlando back to New England. My husband and I will miss this office. My husband actually likes his Dr (Hudson)! They are quick to get you in and make referrals to good specialists. The office staff greets me by name. Very professional and beautiful office. Plus Gretchen Daniels the NP is an asset, I can't say enough. Often i can get an appointment the next day at 8am. If you are looking for excellent care I highly recommend this office.
The services ever,great treatment and good customer service
So I'm sick on Tuesday. But I can't see the nurse practitioner until Thursday!?!? How does that help?? Feeling frustrated. I just switched to them. Maybe not the best decision I've made.

First I would advise that you look at your information on your site. In the "about" section your phone number is wrong. Secondly I have called 45 times today trying to get prescription re-fills and the line just rings busy. Only once had I gotten through and the receptionist would not put me through to the medical assistant for Gretchen she said she would transfer me back into the automated phone system and I could leave a message for them however I was transferred to scheduling to make an appointment.
