I've had nothing but good experiences living in a Hudson McDonald property. The staff have been helpful and quick to respond to any questions I've had and the building is great!

My time at the Delaware (Hudson McDonald Property) was great. The staff are extremely helpful, communicative and accommodating. The maintenance team is amazing and timely. I lived in two different apartments in 4 years at the Delaware and each had their own charm. At the back of the building, off the courtyard there is an amazing view of the Bay. Residents' concerns are never their priorities. The wifi's been broken for at least a week and haven't been fixed yet. Email response hasn't always been steady, and whenever residents make valid requests, it takes weeks if not months to be resolved.

My experience with Hudson Mc Donald was awesome! Aurelia from management was kind and very helpful at all times. I always approached her for all the matters and was very responsive and attentive. The location of the property is great!
