After setting up a meeting with the copy of cashed HOA check that they claim I have not paid. The meeting took place in the lobby of the bldg with an assistant & only stairs to sit on and fill out info. The most unprofessional experience! They forget that I am the homeowner & they work for us! Customer care is absolutely missed by this company. This is my first review ever! This is how bad this experience was.
Since Hudson took over for our Association, things have been running so smooth. Samantha ensures meetings run smoothly and we always feel informed. We really appreciate everything she does for our community.

Our small (32-unit) condo building was in disarray with a series of terrible management companies before we hired Hudson. What a relief! Slowly but surely we are getting our building’s affairs in order and even starting to work on some new projects. Our manager Jenni is terrific. I am happy to provide a reference to any HOA considering Hudson.
