We recently moved into a condo whose HOA is managed by Hudson Management Company. Thus far, they have been very responsive and helpful! As an owner, 5 stars for sure! While we were still in the buying process, a caveat was that it is decidedly quite pricey to acquire all of the documents needed to obtain a loan and transfer ownership.
