I have been board president for 1.5 years. We have 54 Town homes in Walnut Creek. I became HOA President when we spent 300k for painting our complex yet got ONE bid. Hudson blames it on prior HOA mgmt company but I have never received the 2 other bids...lost? I also became board president because dues went from $350 to $539 in 5 years. Paige Rosenblatt at Hudson is always super professional, fast and competent. I asked for CCRS and Reserve numbers for an insurance renewal today and she delivered in less than an hour. This is typical. An Insurance Agent's job is much easier when a Manager provides information timely, and Paige has delivered every time in the last 2 years I've worked with her!
Terrible customer service! I wish I could give them a negative rating. Telephone calls go straight to voicemail, no return phone calls are provided! and when you finally reach a real person, they are extremely rude.
