On the 7th of July 2025 the air-condition went out and the water would not get hot. I reported it to the managing office. Maintenance came out Tuesday and fix the hot water problem he was unable to fix the air conditioner but he did go to the office to let them know I needed a new compressor it was hotter inside the apartment then outside but the management office came through they did bring in two portable units to keep my room and my grandsons room cool until the problem is fixed. The staffing is amazing, very good customer service, always willing to speak and hear concerns. Only issue I've dealt with have been roaches once every now and then, and the place could use a pool. Most tenants mind their business and are good neighbors.
