This storage facility has the best customer service than any other one. The owner is very knowledgeable and friendly. I would highly recommend them. If you have any need for storage use this place, they are the BEST!!!
Horrible to get a hold of for urgent assistance and no one even answers the after hour number they just send you to voicemail nor do they get back to you if you leave a message.
It's a very nice facility however they're more about money than people. All responses are robotic without any empathy for how their website works and no effort to look for change so customers aren't frustrated.
I’ve had my trailer parked here going on two years and have never had an issue. Their location is conveniently off the highway.
