I’ve been to this location twice for different reasons. Once for a gardening tool accident with my husband last year, and this week for a late night ear infection on our 3 year old son. We have always been attended with kindness, speed and knowledge. This last time I was in and out in about an hr! RN Emily K. was so kind and wonderful to our kiddo! We had a great experience!
Not only did the ER doctor not offer any type of treatment, any advice or any route for improvement, the ERT's said they would do an IV for dehydration, they never did. Never checked anything with a stethoscope, waited over an hour for blood draws which negatively affected the ability to figure out the issue. The staff was cold, rude, dismissive and unprofessional.
