I would find another ER. these people do not care about their patients. in an emergency room setting, that is absolutely critical. in the health care system, they just care about money.
I think there’s just a major decline in human intelligence these days, Gen Z needs help. I was here with my husband and as this RN was taking the sticky pads off my husbands chest she made an uneasy comment “oh come on, it’s not that bad… you’re not that hairy” That’s just weird to say no matter what severity of the situation it is at the hospital as a nurse - I would never say that to a patient. I’ve been to this location twice for different reasons. Once for a gardening tool accident with my husband last year, and this week for a late night ear infection on our 3 year old son. We have always been attended with kindness, speed and knowledge. This last time I was in and out in about an hr! RN Emily K. was so kind and wonderful to our kiddo! We had a great experience!
