Lacks communication with tenants. If you have a concern or a question, expect to receive 1+ voicemails and have to follow up. Or they may even not call you and share your information with someone they think is you - privacy invasion. They need to fix their internal communication as well. Only positive is that apartment is good and maintenance staff is nice (and works hard).
Trying to leave is crappy. Never received signed copy of lease after asking for months. No sympathy or help at all with anything. Just trying to get their money. That’s all they want is money don’t care about tenants at all. Just a revolving door to them.
great place to live been there for 29 years in a couple of different apartments. From 1 bedroom to 2 now are in 3 bed townhouse for the last 16 yrs, if there is a problem it is resolved quickly. property is maintained nicely and kept pristine
