I was checking out a few therapy places for someone by calling around. Came across "Hudson Healthy Minds" and just wanted to give a review on their pleasant and inviting voicemail greeting to the point. It's also so professional and compassionate to hear a greeting saying "if you feel your suffering a medical emergency..please call 911, hang up and call 911" instead of the overplayed out one therapy, Psychiatric, hospitals and just everyone plays nowadays around here. The office failed to provide a return call back confirming initial appointment. Day of appointment recieved text/email notifications confirming. Provider was a no show.

This practice has just cut off my therapy without notice thru them. My therapist had to inform that they were letting them go and I had to find my own therapy on my own. I never got an email or call. Being diagnosed with MDD and having difficulties finding another provider on such short notice, is Extremely unprofessional and ridiculous. And the receptionist doesn't know how to deal with upset clients who are pissed about this situation and will rudely try to hang up on. This place is a real piece of work!!!
