On a Saturday evening with the final four game starting, The Manager, Adrian not only got us in......but in, and served within 10 minutes from the time we hit the front door! I’m so impressed!!!! The restaurant was packed.....and to make room for two more was above, and beyond service expectations! Now lets talk about the food! On a scale of one to ten, this food is a 12!!!! Damian our waiter (hope that’s correct) was great! But every single person that worked there was outstanding. There was no wait. We walked in and was seated right away on a Saturday evening in Atlanta 😍. The lemon drop martini was SO delicious and the atmosphere was perfect for children too. We’ll definitely be back. 🏽
Parking was easy in an area not known for great parking. We were greeted as soon as we walked in and seated immediately. Josh was our server and he did a fabulous job. I never get a bad meal at any Hudson’s and this was the case with this visit. We couldn’t pass up a Metrotainment dessert and split a piece of the Red Velvet cake which was very good.
We waited almost one hour to be seated and had several like parties that came in afterwards get seated right away. The biggest issue I saw was lack of a system and poor management. The greeter was doing a good job until the manager came and tried to seemingly take over her position and send her on various runs( clearing tables, running takeouts etc). About 10 of us are U if I baseball alumni. Ask your waitress Christie? if she had fun last night. Great quick service and tasty food. The best part was she entered our world and had fun too.
ate lunch here yesterday, there was maybe 4 other tables with people so they weren't busy at all! All servers but ours were just sitting at a table chatting...the manager saw us just sitting there and just kept walking by our table smiling..15 mins later our server finally came and took our drink order. Our waiter was very friendly and apologetic for the wait. The food was good but customer service was not so great and employees just sitting around and no one helping the one busy server needs to be worked on!
