Exceptional service
I have purchased from here several times and each time is a huge hassle to get timely quotes for materials. This last time is it. I spent over a week and 13 emails with Lucy trying. To get an estimate. She says she sent it but all other emails coming in fine and I still haven’t gotten the price for materials. Super poor communication and help. Will take my business some where else. As a Project Manager I don’t have weeks to wait for a simple estimate on 2 pieces of materials.
Possibly the worst customer service of all time. Also fencing gets scratched because it is assembled with cheap screws every 6". Bare metal is showing on new fence. Cannot recommend
