I have been a patient at Premier Community Health Care about 15 years...The Doctors and staff are absolutely amazing!!! I was recently at a appt in Springhill and from the moment I walked in I was greeted by Dawn in customer service. She is an absolute pleasure to deal with. I bring my mother here as well and she is always so professional, so patient and the nicest person you'd ever want to meet! Love her! Also a Big shout out to my favorite Dr ever Erin Jones! Okay at first it was extremely confusing and the information was beyond what was needed for the first time. But once I got into the office for my first appointment I was definitely impressed. Too bad I tend to shut my brain down when I go anywhere near medical for myself. Literally so I don't start making decisions because if my decisions were worth a crap I wouldn't be at a medical facility. They can pretty much do everything on site there. Except labs they don't have lab. But I didn't need a separate gynecologist. They wer... read more

So I was finally able to make an appointment. With a nurse practitioner, and I need to see a gynecologist but I need a referral for my insurance. So I get a gynecologist appointment for next month. Because you know those things are not important. I give her all my insurance information and everything else and then I receive a link to apply for financial assistance . Well it's the only place my insurance will cover and my insurance will not cover any women's healthcare without a referral from a primary. My primary is listed as premier but I can't find a way to make an appointment with a primary to get a referral to a gynecologist . They don't answer the phone they send you to a website that's not secure.
