This is not a fun review to write because we really liked the optometrist that we saw. But, he diagnosed our 6 month old with -2 in one eye and -3 in another. Because that level of eye correction is very rare in babies, we decided to get a second opinion. We saw an ophthalmologist who told us that his vision was perfectly fine and to come back in a year to get re-checked. I have been unable to get in touch with anyone for weeks. Unacceptable for a medical practice
They do not answer there phones! Requested my prescription be sent to another provider. They did not take care of it. It’s been two whole weeks now, and still nothing unable to get in touch with them! Beware of this place! Admin staff is awful.
I Would give a 10 star to Dr walsman and Dr Garces they are truly the Best eye surgurns.
Worst doctor’s office ever! It’s alway impossible to get in touch with anyone there, took me two days of calling every 15 mins trying to get in touch with someone cause it was an emergency and when i finally did They told me to come in 3 weeks from now!!!! Never going back there!
