I had a very disappointing experience here. The level of disorganization was concerning, and it often felt like the staff and providers were not on the same page. Clear communication and patient-centered care are essential in healthcare, and unfortunately, that was not reflected in my visit. The overall experience left me feeling anxious rather than supported.
Dr. Walsman is the best. He really listens to what you have to say. Ive been going to him for a few years now and he's awesome.
No one answers the phone!
nice people but they experiment with your eye prescription without telling you. I Cant see with my glasses. This should have been an easy fix but they don't answer their phones. They need better customer service
My son is on the autism spectrum and can be very aggressive if agitated. The wait was very short to get him in the examination room. They were very patient with him and got the exam done without a hitch. We will definitely go back for his annual exam.
