It's a very lovely place. Dana is very helpful and warm hearted in the leasing office. Dan is the man! He is very helpful and attentive to issues with units. His kindness improves our community. Thank you Dan!

My family and I moved in 3 yrs and 4 months ago. The people there are so nice and friendly except the office people and that guy they call a maintenance man, please he came to fix my daughters bedroom door and all it needed was a hinge put back on so he left to go get one and never came back! My husband went to Lowe’s and bought one to fix it so she could have privacy! He don’t know anything about maintenance. I have been living here for 2 years and don’t have any plans to leave anytime soon. Rent prices are fair, everyone is super friendly and waves at each other. I only have 2 small complaints and those are that there’s no real communication between tenant and landlord. It’s hard to get ahold of them via phone or email, and the other day someone came and power washed our house (which is great) but it was at 9am and it scared us because we didn’t know what was going on, we just heard super loud noises and our walls and windows we... read more
