BUYERS BEWARE - Purchased a house in 2021, it was delayed on construction timeline but understood due to COVID and was extremely patient with the builder. However, there have been ongoing Air Conditioning issues since date of purchase, in a brand new house. The sub-contractor has been out 7 times in 2 years and the issues ARE STILL NOT FIXED. Porchlight has shown no accountability in helping to resolve the issue, customer service has been terrible and I am out thousands of dollars now. You truly only know how good a vendor... read more
