Reception staff a little cold and uncaring but Erica Scaronne, PA and Laurie were very professional and caring and came up with solutions to my problems. Very grateful.

Beware before you sign up with this office - I am a patient and it's extremely hard to get through to anyone who is actually at this office. After waiting on hold for at least 20 minutes, I can only reach overseas staff who take a message for the medical assistants. This is extremely frustrating. Why don't they have a front desk?
