I have been seeing Dr. Michael for a while, and I cannot recommend him enough. He is very kind and has a wonderful bedside manner and truly cares about his patients. His hands are gentle, and he doesn’t cause any pain during procedures. The office is clean, and the staff are wonderful, they try to accommodate your needs and time. I cannot understand all those negative comments.

The office staff was very disorganized. Every time that I made an appointment and showed up, the staff person said that they had no record of the appointment. After I gave them the insurance information, the staff person said that they had no record of it. I was lucky if someone answered the phone. The bathroom is located in the hallway and was very dirty and unsanitary. One of the stalls did not have a door. The other stall did not have a lock on the door. Doctors late by 1 hour ! even to the 1st appointment of the day. You’re to feel guilty & stupid for asking “how much longer”, “why no-one is here.” Unprofessional, condescending tone, rude, insulting receptionists stare & never apologize for disrespecting your time. Clock is used arbitrarily here, or no-one is trained. No moral compass
