He was fine until he blamed a dental hygienist that no longer work there for a incorrect diagnosis put in the computer in 2015. Dr. Hudson didn't say anything about it until Nov 21, 2019 when my husband asked for information to go on a form. Dr. Hudson didn't take ownership of his responsibility to review the notes and communicate with the hygienist, instead he blamed her and that's not acceptable. I lost faith in him for that. He's the dentist and should be accountable for his staff.
My mother in law broke a tooth on Mother's Day, while visiting from out of town. The office called back quickly, discussed the issue, set up an appointment for Monday morning, and took care of her right away. Excellent!
