My experience here has been nothing but positive. Elizabeth was , helpful, and patient throughout the whole process. We’re happy with both the apartment and the deal they gave us. Landon stayed in touch and kept everything clear. I’d definitely recommend Avenue Living to anyone looking for a place.
Hudson Court is finally turning around thanks to the new management team. Sheryl, the building manager, is professional, dedicated, and quick to address past problems like cleanliness and outdated management. The building already feels safer, cleaner, and more welcoming. Kamal keeps everything running smoothly, and Landon made the apartment viewing simple and stress-free and he is reallygood at communication. It’s clear they truly care about the residents.
I really don’t get why there are bad reviews. Landon, Sheryl, and Kamal were super understanding and made everything easy for us. We’re happy with the apartment, the price, and how they treated us. They gave us a good deal, and Landon kept great communication the whole time. I’d definitely recommend Avenue Living to anyone looking to live here.
The most horrible place I have ever lived. The building was infested with cockroaches, mice, and bed bugs, and pest control takes up to 10 days to come at times. No one cares about you and management is impossible to contact in a timely manner or get an accurate response from. I had a mouse infestation for almost two weeks before management did anything about it, and by that point the mice had multiplied and I was finding them dead all over the apartment from traps and poison I had to purchase, set out, and clean up since ma... read more
