Update: WHOLE Mailbox tampered in the Lobby and missing packages. NO SECURITY CAMERAS. This is so disappointing and stressful. Dharmikkumar is very accomodating, so friendly. He had showed us apt bldgs as with last minute changes. Easy to contact and you really feel welcome.. happy and excited to be moving to our new apartment. Thank you Dharmikkumar for all and all the incentives you offered. 5 star for him but.. I have to edit my review! This one is 1 star! I’ve only just moved in here but it’s been a fantastic experience so far. The manager, Manish is a kind man and has gone above and beyond to make me feel welcome! He didn’t blink an eyelash at my very demanding momma, ha ha, bless her. He made sure things got done in here that needed doing and I am very happy with the new apartment! Thanks Manish!! My sister and I have found our dream place with Elaine! The building looks really clean and she has made this process so easy for us! I can see that Avenue Living has been working really hard to clean up these buildings.
