The most horrible place I have ever lived. The building was infested with cockroaches, mice, and bed bugs, and pest control takes up to 10 days to come at times. No one cares about you and management is impossible to contact in a timely manner or get an accurate response from. If you have to leave your lease for medical reasons they will try and charge you more then you owe to get out of it.. such a scam

I loved it here before it was sold to avenue living, since then I've had way more issues then under previous ownership and the building is poorly maintained now. Frequently homeless people loitering in and around the property and they have started to price rent to match newly constructed local buildings that are way nicer. If you're look at Hudson court, just look at The George across the street instead.

Was fine until avenue living took it over last September. A truly awful company that seemingly had no idea how to run a company. Horrible from top to bottom
