2.5 Star : Likely to Recommend 3 Star : Repair Quality There were several delays that kept getting the return pushed back. A wheel didn’t get purchased at first, then the new wheel was broken and had to be reordered, finally the whole axel fiasco. I’m happy to have my car back and it working great, but the whole process was kind of a headache. 4.5 Star : Customer Service It would have been nice to use the rental car out of state but I completely understand that we couldn’t. 0 Star : Returned Clean
