Service and sales people are all wonderful. I can't say enough great things about them. My sales guy always says hello and remembers my name when he sees me waiting for my oil changes. Thanks for having a great team!
No follow up to a question that may have sold me a truck. To many people not doing there jobs. Was highly disappointed
Let me begin with the sales lady we talked to was amazing. Now to get to the service part! Took my jeep to get my tire warranty JUST A TIRE issue got a call saying my car wouldn’t start which I drove there! I was told I have a dead spot in my starter! Then was told my battery was charged which was not since the next day I took both to oreillys in river falls to be tested both bad! Called them and asked if they could reprogram 2 key fobs I had from another truck, they told me they could and it would be $90 for the reprogramming. Drove 34 minutes there and dropped my truck off for 2 hours and got a call saying they couldn’t do it. Went to pick my truck up and they charged me $90 for doing absolutely nothing to it and claimed they told me about this hidden fee.
I found the perfect certified, used Subaru at this dealership. The experience was superb! I was greeted warmly by the front desk lady & had made an appointment to meet Bets who had the vehicle I was interested in out front of dealership & was ready to test drive.
