I brought in my car to Hudson Chrysler to get some mechanical issues fixed which was a reoccurring engine light and a knocking noise in the front end of my car. Tracy asked me multiple clarifying questions, and I articulated the sound I was hearing as best as I could. I paid for the diagnostic fee, and the service tech during this review, tested for an EVAP leak, which was detected but passed. No further action required as noted by the tech. This is a review for the experience I had when buying a used car here. I had one of the worst experiences at the Hudson Jeep dealership. I had my car diagnosed because it was overheating. They told me it was the radiator control module ($1000 part). I had called to ask them if they were sure, because it didn’t seem to align with how my car was running. I went ahead and scheduled the replacement appointment for 10am, they said it would take an 1.5 hours. I called to see if it was done at 12:30pm, no response. So, I went to the dealership.
