We had a great experience with Josh Olmstead, our salesman. He was very professional, helpful, honest, patient, reasonable and a great listener. Ken Olmstead, the general sales manager, was also helpful in giving us a good deal. The service team detailed the vehicle we bought and had it ready for us the day after we test drove it. Didn’t know this place was “APPOINTMENT ONLY” for oil changes. I usually go to New Richmond (NR is way better) to get work done but didn’t have time to drive that way. But, the lady helping me said “I’m sure NR isn’t busy like we are. So we do appointments only”. Conveniently, this location did have an appointment that day… available… for me to take.
