Let me begin with the sales lady we talked to was amazing. Now to get to the service part! Took my jeep to get my tire warranty JUST A TIRE issue got a call saying my car wouldn’t start which I drove there! I was told I have a dead spot in my starter! Then was told my battery was charged which was not since the next day I took both to oreillys in river falls to be tested both bad! Called them and asked if they could reprogram 2 key fobs I had from another truck, they told me they could and it would be $90 for the reprogramming. Drove 34 minutes there and dropped my truck off for 2 hours and got a call saying they couldn’t do it. Went to pick my truck up and they charged me $90 for doing absolutely nothing to it and claimed they told me about this hidden fee.
I found the perfect certified, used Subaru at this dealership. The experience was superb! I was greeted warmly by the front desk lady & had made an appointment to meet Bets who had the vehicle I was interested in out front of dealership & was ready to test drive. I had a good experience initially with the people, and they even stayed open late just to help me drive away with the vehicle I wanted which was exceptional. The vehicle I bought ( 2017 Chevy LTZ) had only 62,000 on it when purchased. By the time I reached my first 10,000 miles on it about a month ago the transmission, torque converter, and other misc stuff had to be repaired or entirely replaced. 7k of repairs on top of the vehicle I had purchased 5 months previously was a gut punch. Purchased a new Dodge Durango from this dealership and the staff was very helpful and responsive during the purchasing process but ever since the purchase they have not been helpful at all and ignore my messages. I don't think I'll be able to buy from this dealership again due to the poor customer service. Update: I received a call today from Tim who apologized and is in the process of hopefully helping me out.
