I pulled in wanting an express oil change, just like I have done at many other Mopar dealerships. I did not have an appointment, but have NEVER needed one in the past. Service advisor was rude and explained to me I needed an appointment for an oil change and asked if I wanted to make one. I declined and will not be back! Sad as I own 3 mopar vehicles and am looking for a good dealership to bring them to… :(
Has an express service lane but apparently doesn’t offer service without an appointment. If you go here just make sure you have an appointment. Poorly greeted, sat on the computer and waited for me to get out my vehicle and approach. Keep in mind I was one of at most 2 vehicles there. And there were no other customers present.
This dealership only cares about new customers. When it comes to service they never assist my family. They are disrespectful and their service is not incredible. I am disappointed in this dealership and will never buy from them again. Especially having 10 multiple poor experiences with the service department. Dont go there after buying a car ever. They mixed up my moms and mine account for the past 5 years. I am 100% sure they will never fix anything at that poor disgraceful dealership.
Very helpful staff Jen was the best. I would highly recommend her. The service department is fantastic.
