Service and sales people are all wonderful. I can't say enough great things about them. My sales guy always says hello and remembers my name when he sees me waiting for my oil changes. Thanks for having a great team!
No follow up to a question that may have sold me a truck. To many people not doing there jobs. Was highly disappointed
Called them and asked if they could reprogram 2 key fobs I had from another truck, they told me they could and it would be $90 for the reprogramming. Drove 34 minutes there and dropped my truck off for 2 hours and got a call saying they couldn’t do it. Went to pick my truck up and they charged me $90 for doing absolutely nothing to it and claimed they told me about this hidden fee.
I found the perfect certified, used Subaru at this dealership. The experience was superb! I was greeted warmly by the front desk lady & had made an appointment to meet Bets who had the vehicle I was interested in out front of dealership & was ready to test drive.
