After buying our 4th vehicle from Luther Dodge in Hudson and being told your family and a great customer our 2022 Ram big horn fuel pump and dli panel fried and left us stranded. Truck was towed and in the shop for over two weeks. Mind you we only had the truck for a month. Absolutely no help from no help from Hudson Luther. Left numerous messages and no help. Brought my vehicle in for service over a week ago…… they still have it!!!! HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION from service dept. We have called almost every day wanting status and get nothing clear. We are not even sure that they have checked the issue we brought it in for!!!! They were to call us back today… crickets-nothing. Left message on service managers voicemail today. I’ll update review when vehicle is done and all lifetime warranty items complete.
For your diesel service I would strongly suggest Midwest diesel Hammond Correct diagnosis at a much lower cost. Plus he found 2 issues that were approved in my extended warranty endurance that Luther never evaluated I will never purchase or service from them
