We had a great experience with Josh Olmstead, our salesman. He was very professional, helpful, honest, patient, reasonable and a great listener. Didn’t know this place was “APPOINTMENT ONLY” for oil changes. I usually go to New Richmond (NR is way better) to get work done but didn’t have time to drive that way. But, the lady helping me said “I’m sure NR isn’t busy like we are. So we do appointments only”. Conveniently, this location did have an appointment that day… available… for me to take.
