Horrible people and business
RENTERS BEWARE!!!! ------- I have lived in the 27 Stanwix Street (new building) for 2 years during my graduate studies. I moved in during the middle of the month that I paid rent for. They should have had the apartment ready, but the fridge was so gross. It had like brown liquid caked on the fridge (not cleaned) which I had to clean on move in day. Between the cockroaches, the leaking and caving in ceiling, the broken furnace, the maintenance men half ass their job. The smell from the walls is like something died. The garbage is never taken so the street always smells. The mailboxes are constantly broken into. This is the most unsafe place anyone could live in. I’ve always paid early. I rescind my post until some things are resolved and I am contacted.
Really happy with my apartment here. The move-in process was smooth, and everything was exactly as advertised. The building is clean, safe, and in a great location. Any small issues that have come up were taken care of right away by management. Definitely one of the better places I’ve rented.
