I lived in Hudson Capital Properties (HPC) for more than eight years, including before HCP took over the property. When HCP took over, there were several issues with the property, but they worked hard to address them and have always tried their best to support the tenants. I recently moved to another state, but I still miss my old place. I really enjoyed living here! The apartment was comfortable, well maintained, and genuinely felt like home. The building was kept clean, and anytime I had a question or needed something taken care of, management was helpful and responsive. I had a really positive experience overall and would definitely recommend living here to anyone looking for a nice place to call home.
I should’ve read the reviews of this company before deciding to travel over 12 hours to live in one of their properties.. their photos are misleading, they tell you what you want to hear and never abide by what they say. 4 months of living here, I am finally moving on to better things because this company is no good, don’t waste your time with them.
