Easy to do business with and great competency on the Cadillac products
Had tires replaced and a front-end alignment at Hudson Buick. Trevor was my Service Advisor. He came up with a great buy 3 get one free tire deal. Car was ready for pickup when promised. Great experience all around… couldn’t be happier with the service Trevor and his team provided.
Dropped my car off for diagnostics that resulted in the need of a new battery. There were some confusion as to when to pick up the car and delay regarding the battery. However, the service department was very pleasant and polite and easy to deal with. I would definitely recommend them.
