I called the service department to schedule a dash A/C repair on my GMC motorhome, confirmed they worked on motorhomes, gave them all of the details, and booked an appointment. We drove an hour and arrived right on time for our 9am slot, only to be told on arrival that they actually don't service motorhomes. They pinned it on "the new guy" giving me bad information, and didn't offer a single apology for wasting our time. If you're looking for a service center with well-trained, competent staff, I'd suggest looking elsewhere.
