My 2023 GMC Denali pickup broke down on 684 and Onstar helped with getting a tow. The truck was taken to Bedford Hills GMC. During the TWO WEEKS it was there I called several times to find out what was wrong and was told they hadn't even looked at it. My girl bought a used car here, never again. They are so cheap they wouldn't even order her an owners manual. They gave her grief over the warranty when the car was acting up even tho she paid for extended warranty. Just not a pleasant experience any time we have to interact with them.

They are so kind to the customer. They have refreshments for the customers , coffee, water, juice , snacks, healthy snacks too. It's just a great place to by a vehicle of your liking.
