Saw their trucks and called for a quote. A man said he’d come by the following week. Saw on my cameras he showed up next day while I was out. Got an impersonal email the following week with a quote for $2,000+ for a simple yard clean up. Absolutely not.
A year ago, my rating would have been 4 or even 5 stars. However, during my 2nd season as a customer, Hudson Bros service and customer focus has gone right into the toilet. I am on a 2-week schedule, but it seems that every 2 weeks my service gets delayed by several days. The typical excuse is weather, which I can accept a couple of times a season, but not every time. Hudson Bros Lawn Care has awesome customer service. They have the most considerate employees. I had a question about a job that was completed. Hudson Bros made me feel comfortable; and they were very accommodating. Hudson Bros didn’t create my erosion problem; however, they did solve my problem. I highly recommend Hudson Bros Lawn Care. A job well done.
