0 Star : My Experience The guys who worked on my car did an amazing job. However, the customer service can be worked on. Telling me my car was ready for pickup 10 minutes before they closed (5:00 pm) when the website says 5:30 pm was convenient for them but not the customer who would have made it by 5:15pm. I had to cancel a shift due to office fun! I will say that when I saw my car, my frustration went away. I can't say I'm completely satisfied because it was a yes or no question....

5 Star : My Experience We think there is a little grease spot on the driver’s seat that we hadn’t noticed before we brought our car in for repair. But the car repair was fantastic, and everyone we dealt with was always kind and informative. Special kudos to the young man who actually came out to look at the car initially (and walked me to the car and explained the repairs upon pickup). He was especially great! He was very friendly, helpful, and inspired great confidence. Thank you for doing such a good job.
5 Star : My Experience Repair was great, but I asked a week ahead of time to plug the car in so that the air conditioner could keep it from getting 140° inside and they failed to do that until the second call when I called again they finally did it Otherwise everything was fine 5 Star : Likely to Recommend 4 Star : Repair Quality Everything was fine except I asked not to let battery run so low the cooling wouldn't work and car reached 140 inside.. 4.5 Star : Customer Service
