I had an amazing experience with Kevin at Hudson Auto & Tire, and the entire process was handled over the phone. Kevin was extremely detailed, kept me updated every step of the way, and even shared videos of the work in progress so I knew exactly what was being done. His constant communication and professionalism gave me complete peace of mind. I couldn’t ask for a smoother or more trustworthy experience—highly recommend Kevin and his team!!!
I’m late to post this review but around last November/December I went to have service done. I dropped my car off in the morning and went to pick it up in the afternoon. Upon getting my vehicle I noticed a large dent on the front of the hood. Additionally there was what seemed to be red paint or compound splattered on all the front of my car. I asked them what the hood damage was about and Kevin acted like he didn’t know anything and the other worker got very defensive with an attitude saying that I brought it like that here ... read more
Pulled up for a brake job and they took care of me quick
Got all four brand-new tires done here while I waited. They’ve got a small office inside with A/C, which made the wait comfortable. Everyone was polite and respectful the whole time. I had gone to a shop down the street first, but they didn’t have my size these guys did, thanks to Kevin. He told me to relax and that he’d take care of everything, and he really did.
