Very professional and friendly service. Recommended with 5 stars.
Came in with a simple fix , left with a screeching problem due to suspension and misalignment. I wanted to believe these were good people, but after all said and done it’s not worth the 4.4 rating. I came with all the parts for a simple swap out job. No other issues with the car. I left with screeching from drivers side front tire, on top of that the brand new hardware I had that was told to me wasn’t used was also taken without consent. I recently relocated to the area and was referred to this auto shop for emergency AC repair services. I was politely greeted by Anasse (mechanic) who immediately got to work. He thoroughly explained the process (along w/options) and I was on the road with cool air in no time!!! He is clearly an expert and I will be returning to get my front brakes replaced soon. Honest, efficient and reasonable prices.
Dont trust this shop they seem to have good intentions but vague promises and work ethics. Took 2 weeks to basically do nothing on the car that had Electrical issues bc of water intrusion & I lost $2K in salary bc I use that car for work. I understand they are busy and they don’t have just 1 car to look at. But they don’t have good work ethics.
