I have brought my VW here several times, and each time I have been satisfied. Excellent customer service that starts at the front desk. They know their stuff! One of the premier European and German shops around. Highly recommend!
So I brought my vehicle here to have an inspection and before they even got into it, they saw that my vehicle was unsafe to drive and gave me an estimate for $472. I was going out of town for 10 days so they let me keep it there until I got back with no storage fee. They fixed it right away and called me. Not only was it done quick but they tightened 3 other bolts that would have broke like the one that they welded AND my final bill was only $$303!!! When does that happen??
