Bought a car from here back in August. Check engine light came on immediately after bringing it home. I brought the car in on 2 separate occasions and after the second time of them failing to fix it they said there was nothing more they can do. The loaner car they gave me while they “worked” on it was covered in mold and had no car seat hooks. I took it in to a transmission shop and was told it needs a new transmission. Update after engine now needs transmission Ford said Hudson didn't use any new pieces just used all the old bolts and screws . Will be contacting bbb. bought a 2017 Ford escape. low miles nice looking vehicle. not even 30 days in find out it has a blown head gasket , get that fixed through my extra extended warranty that I pay for monthly so it's not free. they put the new motor in .they had all my back seats down and destroyed the two out of three back seat belts . all in all I'm not a happy camper the owner said it's all p... read more
