Absolutely horrendous experience no regard for me as a customer, booked way in advance from New York to get micro blading and fillers before my birthday. Travelled all the way to Manchester from London for the first time (after calling the day before to check all was well) only to be called after Id rang to say I’d arrived in the city, That there was no one there to provide my appointment!! Great service. Olympia is easy to work with and quite competent. Once you learn to find the office, it is easy to get to and provides a comfortable atmosphere.
