I ordered gear September 2025, still waiting. Can't get in touch with them because they don't answer their goofy email system. Their 800 number goes to a former employee. Marvin did get in touch with me, but he's on the road now. Tired of trying, time to cancel through my credit card company. I would have given 0 stars.
I placed an order on October 22nd haven’t heard anything all it says is processing. My bank willing to refund my funds. I’m giving them a few more days. I do not recommend this company.
Well I placed an order on 4/11 and after 5 emails and multiple telephone calls, I finally reached someone. They told me my order was shipped, no shipping info. Emailed and called again and yet no response. Phone number going to someone else not associated with the company. Emails……that’s a joke. Never got one answered. The system is terrible. Here it is 4/21 and I still don’t know if I’ll ever get my product. I guess I’ll have to go reject the sale through my Credit card because there was zero customer service. Pissed! Umpir... read more
It's been a month and I haven't received shipping confirmation. I emailed twice, left a voicemail, and called once but was unable to leave a voicemail as the inbox was full - all with no response. I'm disputing the charges with my credit card issuer.
I would say it is the worst customer service I have ever received, but that would imply that any customer service was involved. Can't get through by the 800 number or by email. The website was happy to take my money, but a month later I don't know if I will ever get my order or my money back. Shut down the website if you cannot operate it.
