Ryne Smith is very knowledgeable when it comes to the Subaru brand. That's refreshing since most car salesmen I've encountered know very little about the product they're selling.
Some of the letters on the Subaru logo fell off my brand new car I purchased from them in July. We called to get it fixed and were transferred to the service department. No answer and we left a message. Waited two days with no reply. Called back and service answered but couldn’t help and transferred us to the parts department.
