First time here. I never got the guys name. But as a representative of his company "Abbsofrigginlutel outstanding" Knew the part I was talking about over the phone and had it waiting for me on the counter when we got there 45 minutes later. Will be back.
Something as simple as a pick up ends up taking 30 minutes. They had to search thru every piece of paper in the building in order to find the 1 they needed. The 1 that was in the 1st drawer he looked in but didn't see. I should have played Yakety Sax while they ran around.
WORST experience ever! Out $2100 and they couldn't even fix the problem. We paid $2100 for a labor intensive job, 10+ hours of labor. Prior to the work beginning, the ballpark figure went from $2000 to $2700 because they didn't account for some misc. bolts and gaskets. Fortunately, Robbie the service dept manager agreed to keep that at or near the ballpark figure so they offered to do the job for around $2100.
