Contacted first thing in the morning. Was told car is available. I asked multiple questions as I was out of state and wanted to be sure the car met my expectations. After asking all the questions was responded with “price is firm” ... Insaid mo problem. If everything I asked gets answered and I’m happy with it price isn’t an issue. Then it was we have a customer on it. Out of state buyers, don’t waste your time. Lazy sales staff.
Overall smooth experience. Had car waiting when I got there even though I got there before they opened. On ly thing that could improve is if they could take cash directly through a wire transfer.

Spoke with salesperson and shared my details. I guess my situation wasn’t an attractive enough sale. I never heard back on the results of my offer. It’s a shame because I really would have liked the chance to get the unique vehicle I was interested in. It was a beauty.
Dealer contacted me very promptly and was willing to send additional pics and was very pleasant. Discovered daughter, who we are looking for, wanted the Platinum Reserve interior, so we passed on this one.
Bait and switch? After I spent time cleaning my trade and taking and sending pictures I am informed the vehicle I want "just sold that morning" ... days later it is still listed on Car Gurus
Received a prompt reply and they were ready to assist, without any pressure.
They had the vehicle on site and found it quickly. Did a test drive n bought the truck. No hassles. Good people, good experience
They called several times even after I told them I was not interested .
