Very good, prompt response and excellent prices
Smooth transaction no pressure. Curtis and David were a pleasure to deal with.
It was a smooth experience from start to finish. From the time I walked in the door till the time I left with the deal signed and sealed, was 2 hours.
The car I went to test drive was filthy! It smelled so bad inside it that I was literally unable to leave the parking lot in the car. There was visible spills and stains. They knew I was coming and made NO effort to clean up the car. The salesman helping me seemed to be not fully informed about several vehicles on the lot.
Negotiated price came back to purchase vehicle dealer would not honor price even after admitting he was the one that gave me the price. Rude and wasted my time.
I went to the lot knowing that I was gonna buy this car, but they didn't know that. I did not like my salesmen, he had t asked me my name or anything really about me until it was time to do paperwork, and I had agreed to buy the car. The finance guy was really cool and easy going, until I told him I didn't want the extra warranty. I just didn't like the way they did business. The experience was GREAT ! I went and test drive the Buick and it was my dream car. I've been look and hoping to fine this car. We did the paperwork and I picked up my Buick Lacrosse Tuesday evening 5/30/17 Thank You !!!
Highly not recommend this place i signed papers gave the down payment and the next day i got a call saying they had sold the car to another customer. I do not recommend this place.
