Said vehicle was available then made an appointment to test drive in the morning at 9. At 8:57 as I'm in traffic I get a text saying it wont be ready because a safety inspection takes 3 days and that I am not able to even see the car.

Dealer wasnt wiling to take a deposit and they were only gonna hold the car for 3 hrs and i was coming frm California
