Avoid at all cost. They are rude and do not communicate with their plumbers. It seems like they do not like working with people with home warranties. If your home warranty company assigns them I would ask to switch. I received a call from them this morning and I specifically told the lady that my wife will not be back till 3 because she picks up our son from school. Hudgins Plumbing came out on a job for me. They were fast, knowledgeable, clean cut and extremely efficient. I have used them several times since and have been very pleased. This is the ONLY plumbing company to use.

This plumbing company contracts with my home warranty program and was scheduled to do some faucet repairs in my home. Although they came out, no repairs were done on that day. The technician stated that he would only do an estimate and I should wait for a call from their office to schedule the repair. After four days, no calls, no contact. Only by calling my home warranty did I discover Hudgins Pllumbing did not intend to do any of the work and "transferred" the work to another company. I help run a local construction company and in my experience I would feel confident recommending Hudgins Plumbing to everybody I know. I have had the privilege of working with them many times over the past 20 years. They give "Large Company" service with a "Family Owned One on One Company" feel! I do not recommend this company. They sent a guy out on a home warranty and he said I had no leaks. I explained to him that the overflow in my tub left water on my other bathroom floor. He told me sometimes it might do that. He never checked. A few days later, I woke up to a soaking wet den and water every where. I had a major water leak in that tub area. They contract with my home warranty company. The tech who came out told me he would only work 45 minutes on the drain and after that he wasnt making any money on the job. I contacted the warranty company who stated that is NOT their policy. After getting chewed out by his boss for this, he quit and left the job undone. The company called and stated they were sorry, however wouldn't send another tech out and they would not be charging me for the job, (that they didnt do anyway). Gee thanks!!! I had gotten the runaround from two other plumbing companies that they would or could not work on a Whirlpool hot water heater. I called Hudgins and they knew about the problems with Whirlpool, but they looked up the part and came right over within 30 minutes and fixed my water heater ... for a very reasonable price I might add. I will use them again in the future if a problem arises that I need a plumber! Top Rate!!!
