DO NOT GO HERE! I paid everything up front for my procedure and had a $0 balance. Then they turn around and send me a bill for over $1000 and tell me i still owe this money! No I don't I was paid up. This company is a scam and the dentistry is not even good. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!
I love Dr. Popa and Tina, they have been amazing with me. I have severe medical anxiety and they are so patient and kind with me. My experience with this office overall has always been wonderful. However, I called in today to cancel/reschedule my appointment today due to severe weather temperatures causing issues and the lady was not kind. I asked how much I would have to pay to cancel within such short notice and the lady stated since it’s only your second broken appointment you have to pay nothing. Dr. Popa and her staff are amazing. Dr. Popa always makes sure I am comfortable and explains everything in detail. I'm never surprised about cost they always go over everything before I get work done. Highly recommend the Amherst office with Dr. Popa!
