I was a new patient. I had to wait several weeks to get an appointment with Dr. Ghiba. 1st appointment - X-rays and had to make another appointment to replace some fillings. 2nd appointment - replaced the fillings and had to make another appointment to get a cleaning, 3rd appointment - they cancelled less than 1 hour before, and when I called to reschedule, I now have to wait ANOTHER 7 WEEKS for the cleaning that I wanted in August! I had an awful first time patient experience here, I can't believe the lack of care and empathy from the dental hygienists. I never had dentist anxiety before this visit and have had dental X-rays many, many times before this visit. Today my hygienist was shoving the X-ray guide in my mouth so that my tongue was getting pushed to the back of my throat and was making me gag.
