I decided to try this office as a new patient, and was assured multiple times that my insurance would cover the entirety of my visit. When I arrived I was told that I had been double booked, and would have to wait much longer than expected. After I mentioned that I needed to leave by a certain time, I was rushed back and given many different X-Rays without any mention of these special x-rays being an additional charge. Had I known this, I would have asked for more traditional x-rays, or opted out of the appointment entirely.... read more
I absolutely love the staff at the Severance location! They always greet me with warm smiles and are very helpful and informative whenever I have questions. Whether it’s about my insurance, dental care, or anything else, they take the time to make sure I understand everything. I truly appreciate their kindness, professionalism, and excellent customer service!
