Although everyone at the Memphis location in Brooklyn, Ohio is very nice, they wasted a lot of my time. I originally went in for a filling and a crown. The crown prep was fine, but I felt pain during the filling, so they told me I needed to see an endodontist for a root canal because my nerve was calcified or something like that. After hearing this, I was a little annoyed, but it is what it is. It then took them over an hour and a half to scan my teeth before finally taking the impression. They were very nice and carefully explained exactly what each part of the procedure would entail which helped with my nerves
Staff took such great care of me as did the Dentist. Thank you so much for being so kind and for everyone who explained everything in detail.
