Staff was courteous and professional.
I was extremely satisfied with the services that I received at Hudec Dental, Broadview Heights, today. Ashley did my x-rays, Mikey cleaned my teeth , and Dr. Poppa talked with me about my treatment plan for this year. All of this and it only took one hour!
I was very disappointed with my experience at this branch today. My mother is a elderly person with some dementia and needs patient service. Last time we came she was examined by Dr. Poppa and had a short dental cleaning. At that time I was given no indication that she would not be treated again. As you can see with the photo, she was given an appointment for today. I also received 3 texts about the upcoming appointment.
