Good company with smart patient owners
Rented a U-Haul from here with instructions to pick up at 8 am on Saturday, in person, at the front desk. Got there at 8 am and it was closed. Their website said they opened at 9 am on Saturday so I went back at 9, still closed. I called several times and left messages and never heard back from them. Still haven't. Can't imagine their camper/rv business is ran any better.
If you ever need a uhaul go literally anywhere else. They wont answer the phone or open the gate when you get there at the time you had reserved.
